Gail Marshall
Head of Communications
Gail Marshall is Head of Communications at the Malaghan Institute, leading a small team that is responsible for communicating the what, when, who, where and why of the institute’s research and discovery.
Gail joined Malaghan in 2017 and has more than 25 years’ experience in communications across non-profit, public and private sectors. She is co-founder of the Community Comms Collective, a registered charity that offers voluntary communications expertise to community organisations and works to lift capability in the community sector.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Modern Languages and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington.
