Sir Paul Collins was appointed to the Trust Board in 2019, later appointed Chair in 2023.
He is also chair of Active Equity Holdings Limited and a director of Shott Beverages Limited.
The former Chief Executive of Brierley Investments has served on the board of more than 50 listed companies globally and extensively in sports governance, including as Chairman of Sport New Zealand and High Performance Sport New Zealand Limited.
Sir Paul is an Associate Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
In 2015, he was made a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to sports governance.
