Two laser (488nm/647nm) benchtop system designed specifically to support a wide range of basic flow cytometric applications. FACSort can measure up to seven parameters - forward light scatter, side light scatter, four fluorescence parameters (including APC). It can work also in Doublet Discrimination Mode (DDM) and measure the pulse height, area and width of each fluorescence parameter, which makes it the perfect instrument for cell cycle analysis.
