Lollipop Appeal 2008 raises $44,888.00!!

Wow - what a fantastic result! Hundreds of passionate collectors were out and about all over the Wellington City area, Porirua, Tawa, Johnsonville, Kapiti, Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt and what a great impact they made. Without their help on the day, this would not have been possible.
So, I would like to say a big "THANKS" to all of you who stood on the streets and collected in your area, and also to the thousands of people who reached into their pockets and donated to the Malaghan Institute on February 29. You can all be proud of the contribution you have made to the research groups working hard to find cures for cancer, asthma, arthritis, MS and infectious disease.
